My Story

My journey in personal growth started several years ago when I realized that my limiting beliefs were holding me back from achieving my full potential. I had always felt like something was missing in my life, and I knew that I needed to make a change if I wanted to be happy and fulfilled.

Through a lot of self-reflection and hard work, I was able to identify my limiting beliefs and shift my mindset to a more positive and empowering one. This was a turning point in my life and it led me to pursue my passion for helping others do the same.

One of the most transformative experiences for me was participating in the Lifebook program, which helped me to create a clear vision for my life and align my actions with my values.

Once I got clarity on what I really want in each category and how I should be remembered, then everything started changing in my life. I started experiencing serendipitous moments, attracted right people, found mentors, jumped into my dream career; and being associated with positive people led me to see the world in different lens.

My Paradigm Shift

I also had the privilege of being coached by some incredible mentors like Bob Proctor, Darren Hardy, Steven Kotler and Vishen Lakhiani who helped me to overcome my self-doubt and step into my power as a coach.

As a Peak Performance/Life Coach, my mission is to help working professionals find clarity, purpose, and improve their productivity and performance. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, but sometimes we need a little guidance and support to get there.

I work with my clients to identify their goals, break down their limiting beliefs, and develop a personalized plan for success. Whether you're feeling stuck in your career, struggling to balance work and life, or simply looking for more clarity and direction, I'm here to help.

Happiness demands a certain outcome. It is result reliant. If happiness is what you’re after, then you’re going to be let down frequently and you will be unhappy much of your time. Joy’s a different thing, it’s the feeling that we have from doing what we want to do. No matter the outcome.

See joy is always in process, it is in journey, it is in constant approach. Being engaged and enjoying doing what we are fashioned to do. We are the architects of our own lives. Coach John Wooden defined success as “peace of mind attained only through self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do the best of which you’re capable.” To Wooden, the essence of success is not accolades, titles, money, championships, points scored, trips taken, or any other outwards signs of success. It’s simply peace of mind.

What produces peace of mind? Being satisfied with your effort. In other words, did you do your best? Did you give your all? Did you do everything in your power to close the gap between your potential and your actual performance? We all ask to ourselves, what is success is to me? Is it more money? Is it a happy family? Maybe it’s to help others, to be famous, to be spiritually sound. To leave the world a little bit better place than you found it.

Continue to ask yourself that question. Whatever your answer is; don’t choose anything that will jeopardize your soul. Prioritize who you are, who you want to be and don’t spend time with anything that antagonizes your character.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my coaching philosophy. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and help you achieve your goals.
